Quality Assurance Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

- Test Planning & Design : Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases for new and existing features.

- Testing Coordination : Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate all testing activities across the development lifecycle.

- Automation Development : Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open-source tools to improve testing efficiency and coverage.

- Defect Management : Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs from discovery to resolution.

- Regression Testing : Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved and new features are implemented to ensure no new issues are introduced.

- Process Improvement : Develop and apply effective testing processes for new and existing products to meet evolving client needs and quality standards.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Liaise effectively with internal teams, including developers and product managers, to identify system requirements and ensure alignment on quality goals.

- Metrics & Reporting : Track key quality assurance metrics, such as defect densities and open defect counts, to provide insights into product quality.

- Continuous Learning : Stay up-to-date with new testing tools, test strategies, and industry best practices to continuously enhance our QA Skills & Qualifications :


- Minimum 3 years of experience in Manual and Automation testing.

- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

- Proven experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium).

- Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and backend testing.

- Experienced with testing Web and Mobile applications.

- Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail).

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
