Responsibilities:

 

Lead Generation:

  • Develop and implement strategies for B2B lead generation through various digital channels.
  • Optimize online presence to attract and convert potential clients.

Email Marketing:

  • Plan and execute targeted email campaigns for both the organization and clients.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and refine strategies for improved results.

Brand Management:

  • Manage org's internal brand marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their brand identity and ensure alignment with marketing efforts.

 Content Creation:

  • Create compelling content for email campaigns, social media, and other digital platforms.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance.
  • Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members to produce high-quality content.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on B2B lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative mindset for content creation and brand promotion.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Min. 5 years' experience in a B2B marketing agency.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.

 Creative Flair:

  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing ideas.
  • Strong design sensibility and an eye for visually appealing content.

Image Editing and Creative Tools:

  • Proficient in using online image editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) to create visually engaging graphics for campaigns.
  • Familiarity with various creative tools for video editing and content creation.
