**Digital Marketing Specialist | Job Description**

**Job Summary**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**1. Strategy Development**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and target audience behaviour.

**2. Online Campaign Management**:

- Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.

**3. Content Creation and Management**:

- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all digital platforms.

**4. SEO and SEM**:

- Implement and manage Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
- Execute and optimize Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns, including keyword research and ad copy creation.

**5. Social Media Management**:

- Create, schedule, and publish content on social media platforms to build and engage the online community.
- Monitor social media trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.

**7. Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
- Use analytics tools to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

**8. Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with the marketing team, design, and other relevant departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors to achieve marketing objectives.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and campaign management.
- Proficient in using analytics tools to measure and analyze campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 1-6 years (required)
- SEO: 1-6 years (required)
- SEM: 1-6 years (required)
- Social media marketing: 1-6 years(required)

**Additional Information**:

- Required Experience: 1-6 years

role in (State Location)
- Working Days: 5 days working week
- Work Mode: Currently Remote
- Education: B.Tech, B.E & BA (preferred)
- Notice Period: Immediate joiner preferred
- Language: English communication skills are mandatory
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Indian Standard Time (IST)
- Work Schedule: 5 days a week, Monday to Friday
