Position : Project Lead .NET and Project ManagementLocation : MumbaiEmployment Type : Full-timeReporting : HOD IT DigitalAbout the Role :We are seeking a seasoned Project Lead with a unique blend of .NET technical expertise and project management leadership. The candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end project execution, ensuring technical excellence, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.Key Responsibilities :Project Leadership and Management :- Lead multiple .NET projects from planning to delivery.- Define project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.- Ensure on-time delivery with adherence to quality standards.- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.- Conduct sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.Technical Leadership :- Provide architectural and design guidance in .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#, Web API,SQL Server.- Ensure best practices in coding, performance optimization, and security.- Oversee CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments (preferably Azure).- Review code, mentor developers, and set coding standards.Team and Stakeholder Management :- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams.- Mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering continuous improvement.- Communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and cross-functional teams.- Ensure business requirements are translated into scalable technical solutions.Required Skills and Experience :- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- 3+ years in software development, with 1+ years in leadership/project management.Strong technical expertise in :- C#, ASP.NET Core / MVC- Web API, REST, Microservices- SQL Server- Basic frontend (JavaScript, HTML, CSS; Angular/React preferred)- Azure Cloud services (App Services, Functions, Storage, Security)- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.Good to Have :- Microsoft certifications (Azure / .NET / PMP / CSM).- Experience in BFSI.
