Virtual Agent, NLU, AI Search, Performance Analytics in depth knowledge. Hands on in Workspaces customization – Service Operation Workspace, Asset Workspace Implementation experience in writing test cases in Automated Tested Framework Understanding of client side and server-side scripting - business rules, script actions, script includes, UI pages, UI macro, etc. Flow Designer configuration, report development, integration components Should have good understanding of Data Sources, Import sets and Transform maps. Understand the Service Level Agreement for support environment. Good to have external tools integration done with ServiceNow using web services (SOAP, REST) and e-bonding Good Knowledge of ITIL Framework along with processes. Ability to suggest new approaches for the implementation of new module. In depth knowledge of servicenow to find Product level bugs post upgrade. Ability to implement end to end module using service now components Should have workspaces customisation experience
