Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training sessions on Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning to prepare students for various test-prep courses, including Campus Placement Training and Aptitude Training of other competitive exams. 
  • Design and develop lesson plans and teaching materials tailored to students' learning needs.
  • Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
  • Administer mock tests and offer detailed feedback to help students enhance their performance.
  • Foster a positive and engaging classroom environment.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and updates in exam formats.
  • Assist students in setting and achieving realistic goals.
  • Offer additional support and resources to students as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications in Aptitude Training are a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Aptitude Trainer with a track record of helping students achieve high scores.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning, with familiarity in various test formats and question types.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capacity to inspire and motivate students.
  • Ability to tailor teaching methods to meet individual student needs. Proficiency in explaining complex concepts in a clear and engaging way.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to receive and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in teaching other test-prep courses (e.g., GRE, CAT) is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with digital teaching tools and online platforms.
  • Experience teaching in a multicultural environment.
