**Job Title**: Career Development Coach - IT Trainer
**Location**: Chennai
**Salary**: ₹2.7 LPA - ₹3.0 LPA CTC
**Experience**: 0-2 years

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide training in **Java programming** and **Data Structures & Algorithms** to students.
- Conduct **aptitude** and **employability skills training** (verbal, quantitative, and logical reasoning).
- Guide and **counsel students**, encouraging them to achieve their best potential.
- **Develop lesson plans** and create content for classroom teaching.
- **Manage student batches** of 60-80, ensuring effective learning.
- Conduct periodic **assessments** and document student progress.
- Offer **query resolution** support to students during **placement exams**.
- Continuously update teaching methodologies based on **industry trends**.
- **Proofread assessments** and ensure high-quality training material.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech** or **UG/PG** in **CSE** or a technical background.
- Proficiency in **Java**, **Data Structures**, and **Algorithms**.
- Strong command over **verbal reasoning**, **quantitative aptitude**, and **logical reasoning**.
- Excellent **classroom management** and **presentation skills**.
- Good at **problem-solving** and **numeracy skills**.
- Willingness to learn and teach **aptitude concepts**.
- Prior experience in **tech training** or **aptitude training** is a plus.
- Strong **organizational skills** and ability to **manage day-to-day training**.
