Description : Netstratum is a global product development company specializing in custom software and enterprise IT services.- With teams across ten global locations, we combine local insight with global expertise to deliver innovative, purpose-driven solutions.- As a leader in telecom tech, we build secure, high-performance Unified Communication Systems used by Tier-1 providers, enterprises, and governments.- Our in-house AI platform is built for scale, security, and real-world impact.Location : Kochi, Kerala.Experience : 3+ Years.Salary : As per Industry Standards.Employment Type : Full-time.Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst (3+ years) with proven expertise in data visualization, statistical analysis, and cloud-based analytics to design, develop, and maintain enterprise reporting solutions.This role combines advanced analytical capabilities with business intelligence expertise to optimize decision-making, enhance system interoperability, and drive high-impact digital transformation initiatives across the telecom, IT, networking, and AI domains.Responsibilities :- Analyze large datasets (customer, sales, network, and product data) to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.- Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to align data with organizational goals.- Build predictive models and apply statistical techniques to forecast business outcomes and detect anomalies.- Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency through validation and cleaning processes.- Contribute to data pipeline optimization, ETL workflows, and cloud-based analytics platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).- Translate analytical findings into recommendations to improve customer experience, marketing strategies, and operational efficiency.Eligibility Criteria :- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.- 3+ years experience as a Data Analyst (preferably in telecom, IT, or related industries).- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), or R for data manipulation and analysis.- Strong skills in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).- Experience working with databases (SQL & NoSQL) and large-scale datasets.- Clear understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud analytics.- Ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Nice to Have :- Exposure to machine learning techniques (clustering, regression, classification, anomaly detection).- Familiarity with network/telecom datasets, IoT, or time-series data.- Hands-on experience with big data frameworks (Hadoop, Spark, Databricks).- Knowledge of geospatial data and related tools (QGIS, ArcGIS).- Certification in Data Analytics or BI platforms (Google, Microsoft, AWS, etc.What We Look For :- A passion for data analysis with a keen eye for uncovering insights and patterns.- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage projects independently.- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest tools, technologies, and industry trends.- Commitment to delivering accurate, impactful insights with a focus on business outcomes and decision support.- Willingness to collaborate across teams, share knowledge, and contribute to collective growth.
