Automate workflows, reports, and dashboards to enhance self-service. Translate stakeholder needs into actionable, data-driven HR solutions. Identify and resolve data anomalies; implement robust data quality controls. Lead compliance reporting and ensure data security across HR systems. Collaborate with HRIS and IT to address complex reporting challenges. Design and deploy dashboards using Workday Prism to enable informed decision-making. Optimize reports for performance and usability, ensuring scalability. Integrate data from Workday, Workday Recruit, and external systems for cross-functional reporting.Qualifications: 5+ years in HR analytics with strong expertise in Workday and Workday Recruit. Proven experience building sophisticated Workday Report Builder solutions. Strong SQL skills. Experience in developing reports for data aggregation, reporting, and analytics. Proactive problem-solving with ability to analyze complex data patterns. Strong communication skills; capable of translating technical data into strategic insights. High proficiency in English; ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality. Experience with API integrations related to HR data (a plus). Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
