Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with marketing and other teams to plan and implement new website features, and sections and enhance existing functionality for users.
  • Improve website architecture by refining URL slugs, link titles, and code structure.
  • Ensure website responsiveness and compatibility across various devices and screen sizes
  • Customize WordPress themes according to project requirements
  • Conduct regular website maintenance, troubleshooting, and updates.
  • Build new tools and features on WordPress that enhance lead generation and conversion.
  • Build gated content and web pages
  • Develop robust automation between WordPress, Zoho and other third-party applications ensuring accurate and streamlined data across all systems.
  • Configure and manage Google tags to ensure precise conversion tracking and campaign insights.
  • Analyze data flows and identify areas for improvement to optimize marketing operations
  • Basic understanding of server administration, hosting environments, and domain management to troubleshoot hosting-related issues and ensure website security and reliability
  • Manage all technical content updates and SEO optimizations on our WordPress website, ensuring optimal user experience and search engine visibility.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of proven hands-on WordPress development experience.
  • 2+ years of experience working with a US-based company.
  • Proficient in Google Tag Manager and web analytics.
  • Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.
  • Expert knowledge of theme development, plugin customization, the WordPress API, and back-end structure (PHP/MySQL). Proficient in HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/LESS a plus), and JavaScript/jQuery.

Bonus Skills :


  • Solid understanding of SEO principles, technical SEO implementation, and on-page optimization.
  • Experience with Zoho CRM
