We are seeking a talented and motivated Mid-Level WordPress Developer to join our

dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be an immediate joiner have a strong background in developing and maintaining WordPress websites, a keen eye for design, and a passion for creating

Key Responsibilities:

● Website Development: Design, develop, and maintain responsive WordPress websites

from concept to completion.

● Custom Themes and Plugins: Create and customize WordPress themes and plugins to

meet specific project requirements.

● Front-End Development: Implement responsive and user-friendly UI/UX designs using

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies.

● Back-End Development: Manage and optimize WordPress back-end functionalities,

including database management and server integration.

● Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and

performance bottlenecks.

● Collaboration: Work closely with designers, project managers, and other developers to

ensure seamless project delivery.

● Security: Implement and maintain security best practices to protect websites from

vulnerabilities.

● Updates and Maintenance: Regularly update WordPress core, themes, and plugins to

ensure optimal performance and security.

● Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for code, processes, and

project specifications.

Qualifications:

● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related

field, or equivalent practical experience.

● Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in WordPress development.

● Technical Skills:

● Proficiency in WordPress, including theme and plugin development.

● Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.


● Experience with responsive and adaptive design.

● Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap) and JavaScript libraries (e.g.,

jQuery).

● Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.

● Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

● Soft Skills:

● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

● Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience with WooCommerce or other e-commerce platforms.

● Familiarity with web performance optimization techniques.

● Knowledge of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.

● Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
