Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage HR operations, including payroll management, HR systems, compliance, and process improvement.
- The role is responsible for ensuring payroll is run smoothly and efficiently, while also bringing expertise in reporting, compliance, and data management.
- The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to optimizing HR workflows, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining employee records with confidentiality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Payroll Management:
- Manage payroll processing for all employees, ensuring timely and accurate payroll distribution.
- Ensure payroll compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including deductions, taxes, and reporting.
- Address payroll inquiries from employees and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
2. MIS and HRMS Management:
- Maintain and optimize HR databases and systems (HRMS) for accurate data management and efficient reporting.
- Develop and generate regular Management Information System (MIS) reports to track key HR metrics and trends.
- Use data insights to support leadership decisions on workforce planning, retention, and other HR initiatives.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality when managing employee records.
3. Compliance:
- Ensure company-wide adherence to HR policies and legal requirements, including labour laws and workplace regulations.
- Conduct regular compliance audits to maintain data accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
- Implement best practices for data protection and confidentiality, especially when handling sensitive employee information.
- Act as the point of contact for audits and compliance checks, preparing necessary documentation as Education: Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 5-8 years of experience in HR operations with a focus on payroll management, HR systems, and compliance.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in HRMS platforms, with very strong skills in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
Experience managing Greythr HRMS and or Darwinbox
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with HR regulatory requirements and labour laws.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and support employees at all levels.
- Have a amicable and employee friendly tone and tenor in speaking at levels.
- Ability to show respect to juniors.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify process gaps and implement solutions to enhance operational 5 days working (Work from Office)
