Description :At Delaplex, we believe true organizational distinction comes from exceptional products and services.Founded in 2008 by a team of like-minded business enthusiasts, we have grown into a trusted name in technology consulting and supply chain solutions.Our reputation is built on trust, innovation, and the dedication of our people who go the extra mile for our clients.Guided by our core values, we dont just deliver solutions, we create meaningful impact.About The Role :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Practice Lead to spearhead our Quality Assurance initiatives.The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in QA Automation, BDD Cucumber, API Automation, and Selenium, along with proven experience in leading and mentoring QA teams.This role requires a strategic thinker with strong hands-on technical knowledge and the ability to drive best practices, innovation, and process excellence across projects.Key Responsibilities :- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of QA professionals across multiple projects.- Define and implement QA strategies, frameworks, and best practices to ensure product quality and efficiency.- Drive automation initiatives using Selenium, BDD (Cucumber), and API Automation frameworks.- Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and defect prevention.- Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.- Evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance automation efficiency and maintain cutting-edge QA standards.- Establish and monitor QA metrics to assess quality progress and team performance.- Provide thought leadership and technical direction for the QA practice across the organization.Required Skills & Experience :- 12- 15 years of overall experience in Quality Assurance with a strong focus on automation.- Expertise in QA Automation frameworks and tools like Selenium WebDriver and BDD Cucumber.- Hands-on experience in API testing and automation (e.g., REST Assured, Postman, or similar tools).- Proven experience in team handling, including mentoring and performance management.- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD integration.- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to drive continuous improvement in testing processes and quality standards.Preferred Qualifications :- Experience in building automation frameworks from scratch.- Exposure to cloud-based testing environments and DevOps practices.- Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) is a plus.
