Ozone Overseas has recently secured substantial growth funding of INR 250 crore from Nuvama Private Equity in 2023. This infusion of capital will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's expansion plans and driving its ongoing growth trajectory.


CTC Range - 7-10 LPA

Designation - Performance Marketing

Job Locations - Gurugram

Brief about the role:

You are an exceptional Performance Marketing professional with a passion for developing and executing data- driven campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. As a Performance Marketing professional at Ozone, you'll leverage your expertise to develop and implement effective performance marketing strategies across multiple channels and platforms, including search, social media, and display advertising.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Performance Marketing and Acquisition Strategy, including planning and execution across Google and Facebook to drive revenue while ensuring healthy ROAS
  • Own & deliver on user growth targets. Scale acquisition of high LTV users across app & web while maintaining efficiency on CACs and CPTs.
  • Drive marketing effectiveness through continuous communication testing (A/B), innovation using different platforms and new products/formats, active co-creation and planning.
  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns aimed at improving subscriber retention across multiple channels (email, direct mail, on-site messaging)
  • Partner with internal and external resources to develop and execute all retention marketing campaigns inclusive of In-App Messaging, Email, and other retention techniques


Skillset & Qualifications Required:

  • Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
  • Experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Must have a strong grasp of numbers and be comfortable with quantitative analyses and simple statistics
