We are seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team, primarily focusing on non-IT (70%) and IT (30%) hiring activities, while also contributing to employee engagement initiatives.


Responsibilities:


Non-IT Recruitment:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various non-IT roles such as administration, sales, marketing, operations, etc.
  • Conduct reference checks and coordinate offer negotiations.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.


IT Recruitment:

  • Work closely with IT managers to identify technical staffing requirements.
  • Utilize various sourcing strategies to attract top talent in areas such as software development, cybersecurity, IT support, etc.
  • Conduct technical screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills.
  • Facilitate the hiring process for IT positions from sourcing to offer acceptance.


Employee Engagement:

  • Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement programs and initiatives.
  • Organize team-building activities, workshops, and events to foster a positive work culture.
  • Actively listen to employee feedback and suggest improvements to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.


Recruitment Administration:

  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Generate reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights for process improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and employee engagement.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably with exposure to both non-IT and IT hiring.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Passion for employee engagement and creating a positive work environment.
