Functional Requirements ·       User-Centered Design ·       Iterative Design in agile sprints ·       Cross-Functional Collaboration ·       Information Architecture ·       Accessibility & Inclusivity ·       AI Contextualization ·       Documentation ·       Synthesize research findings into actionable insights for the design and product teams ·       Create journey maps to visualize user interactions and identify pain points ·       Develop user personas based on research data to guide design decisions ·       Plan and execute usability testing sessions to evaluate design effectiveness ·       Conduct user interviews to gather qualitative insights into user needs and behaviors 4. Preferred Qualifications ·       Degree in Design, HCI, Psychology ·       Experience in AI, data visualization, enterprise SaaS ·       Strong portfolio 5.
