2. Technical Requirements

·       Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch

·       UX Research: usability testing, heuristic evaluations, user interviews

·       Prototyping: low- and high-fidelity prototypes

·       Interaction Design: micro-interactions, transitions, responsive behaviors

·       React JS Exposure: basic understanding of component-based design

·       Design Systems: scalable systems

·       Analytics Integration: Hotjar, Mixpanel, Google Analytics


3. Functional Requirements

·       User-Centered Design

·       Iterative Design in agile sprints

·       Cross-Functional Collaboration

·       Information Architecture

·       Accessibility & Inclusivity

·       AI Contextualization

·       Documentation

·       Synthesize research findings into actionable insights for the design and product teams

·       Create journey maps to visualize user interactions and identify pain points

·       Develop user personas based on research data to guide design decisions

·       Plan and execute usability testing sessions to evaluate design effectiveness

·       Conduct user interviews to gather qualitative insights into user needs and behaviors


4. Preferred Qualifications

·       Degree in Design, HCI, Psychology

·       Experience in AI, data visualization, enterprise SaaS

·       Strong portfolio
