Job Title: Mortgage Processor / Underwriter – U.S. Mortgage OperationsLocation: Technopark, Kollam, Kerala, IndiaEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout UsWe are a fast-growing U.S. mortgage processing company with a global presence. Our Indian office, located in Technopark Kollam, supports end-to-end mortgage operations for U.S.-based lenders and brokers. We are looking for experienced professionals in U.S. Mortgage Processing and Underwriting who are ambitious, detail-oriented, and eager to grow with us.Key ResponsibilitiesMortgage ProcessorReview loan applications and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.Coordinate with loan officers, borrowers, and third parties to gather required information.Order and track appraisals, credit reports, title, VOEs, and other documentation.Ensure compliance with U.S. mortgage regulations and company policies.Maintain pipeline management and timely loan file submission.Mortgage UnderwriterReview and analyze credit, income, asset, and collateral documents.Assess borrower eligibility in line with U.S. agency and investor guidelines (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, USDA).Issue underwriting decisions (Approve, Suspense, Deny) with clear conditions.Mitigate risk by ensuring compliance with company, investor, and regulatory requirements.Work closely with processors and loan officers to resolve file conditions.Required QualificationsMinimum 3+ years of experience in U.S. Mortgage Processing and/or Underwriting.Strong knowledge of U.S. mortgage guidelines and compliance requirements.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal in English).Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Proficiency in LOS systems (LendingPad and Arive, or similar) is a plus.What We OfferBest package in the industry (as per candidate profile and experience).Opportunity to work with a global team and gain U.S. mortgage exposure.Career growth and internal advancement opportunities.Modern office space in Technopark, Kollam, Kerala with professional work culture.How to ApplyInterested candidates can send their updated resume to hr@entregarsolutions.com with the subject line: Application – Mortgage Processor / Underwriter.
