Job Position : Front Office Associate

Salary Budget : 15-20K (Freshers are also preferred)


This job post is for a VIP Club having rooms and multiple restaurants, located in South Mumbai which is managed by a 5 star property. We are looking for polished individuals who can join us immediately. Ideal candidate would be someone who is from Mumbai as we do not provide accommodation.


Responsibilities :

  • Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out processes.
  • Handle reservations, payments, and guest inquiries.
  • Coordinate with departments for seamless operations.
  • Address complaints and provide prompt solutions.
  • Promote hotel services and upsell offerings.


Eligibility :

  • Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or relevant experience.
  • 1-2 years in front office/customer service preferred; freshers welcome.
  • Strong communication skills; proficiency in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Tech-savvy with experience in hotel management software (e.g., Opera).
  • Friendly, professional, and team-oriented.

Schedule: Rotational shifts, including weekends/holidays.
