Reward360 - Assistant Manager - Financial Operations

Experience Level: 3 to 6 YearsLocation: Bangalore No of Openings - 1Work Mode: On-siteIndustry Preference: Banking / Fintech/ Payment GatewayJob Description:- The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel, Power BI, and Tableau, and should have a solid background in the Banking, Fintech or PG.- This is an on-site role based in Bangalore, offering an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.Key Responsibilities:- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of payment gateway transactions across multiple systems and reports.- Identify and resolve discrepancies in transaction data by liaising with banks, payment processors, and internal teams.- Design and maintain dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to track reconciliation metrics and financial performance.- Prepare accurate MIS, dashboards and billing reports and present insights to key stakeholders for informed decision-making.- Ensure financial integrity and mitigate financial liability through rigorous oversight and control measures.- Automate reconciliation and reporting processes using advanced Excel functions and data visualization tools.- Knowledge of SQL will be a plus- Collaborate with Finance, Tech, and Operations teams to improve reconciliation efficiency and accuracy.- Maintain documentation and audit trails for all reconciliation processes and reports.- Will be required to handle large-scale financial reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness.- Managing billing and related reconciliation- Monitor and analyse key operational metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.Key Skills & Tools:Must Have:- Expertise in Reconciliation and Billing Advanced skills in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc. )- Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau- Interest and understanding of revenue numbers and related KPIs- Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood to Have:- Knowledge of UPI, RTGS, IMPS, and other digital payment systems- Knowledge to SQLPreferred Background:- Prior experience in the banking sector, fintech, or payment gateway companies- Strong understanding of financial operations and digital payments Master's/Bachelor's degree in commerce, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.- Additional certifications in analytics or finance is a plus (ref:iimjobs.com)
