Reports to: CEO/Managing DirectorPosition OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic, dedicated, and results-oriented Head of Human Resources to lead our HR function during a pivotal phase of exponential growth. As a leading IT company based in India with plans to double our workforce within the next year and expand operations into the Middle East, we require an experienced HR leader who can take full ownership of all HR areas, foster a vibrant and high-performance culture, and strategically scale our human capital [1].This role demands a strategic thinker capable of balancing day-to-day operational excellence with long-term strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a proactive change agent focused on driving cultural improvement, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring HR strategies align seamlessly with the company’s ambitious business objectives.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic HR Leadership & Growth Enablement:·      Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that supports the company's aggressive growth trajectory from 1000 to 2000+ employees within 12 months.·      Act as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team on all people-related matters, organizational design, and change management initiatives.·      Lead the HR function in alignment with the company’s vision, values, and business goals.2. Talent Acquisition & Management:·      Oversee high-volume, strategic recruitment efforts to meet expansion targets across technical and business functions in India and the Middle East.·      Implement robust talent management, succession planning, and leadership development programs to build a strong internal pipeline.·      Optimize onboarding processes to ensure a seamless integration experience for new hires at scale.3. Culture & Employee Engagement:·      Champion initiatives to cultivate a positive, inclusive, innovative, and high-performance company culture.·      Design and implement effective employee engagement surveys and action plans to enhance morale, productivity, and retention.·      Drive HR programs that reinforce ownership, dedication, and dynamism across the organization.4. Compensation, Benefits & Performance Management:·      Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits structures benchmarked against the IT industry standards in India and the Middle East.·      Oversee performance management cycles, ensuring fair, objective evaluations and alignment of individual goals with company objectives.5. Compliance & Global Operations:·      Ensure full compliance with all Indian labor laws and regulations.·      Navigate the complexities of international expansion, ensuring compliance with Middle East labor laws and cultural nuances (experience in KSA, UAE, etc., is a significant plus).·      Manage HR operations, including payroll oversight, HR systems (HRIS), and data analytics to drive informed decision-making.Required Qualifications & Experience·      Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).·      Minimum of 12-15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership/Head of HR role within the IT or Technology sector.·      Mandatory: Proven track record of managing end-to-end HR functions for organizations of 500+ employees within the Indian market.·      Highly Desirable: Demonstrated experience in managing HR aspects of international expansion, particularly within the Middle East (e.g., UAE, Saudi Arabia).·      Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment where company size doubled in a short period is a significant advantage.·      Strong business acumen and the ability to translate strategic business needs into actionable HR initiatives.Ideal Candidate Profile·      Dynamic and Proactive: A self-starter who takes complete ownership and thrives in a rapidly evolving environment.·      Culture Champion: Passionate about building great workplaces and moving company culture forward through measurable actions.·      Influential Leader: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.·      Data-Driven: Uses HR metrics and analytics to guide decisions and demonstrate ROI on people initiatives.
