Location: Mumbai

⏳ Experience: Approximately 8 year


Your Role: As our Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve targets and objectives.
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, architects, contractors, and consultants.
  • Collaborating with the engineering and project management teams to deliver tailored solutions that exceed client expectations.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our MEP services to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties while maximizing profitability for the company.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales management within the HVAC/MEP industry, with a deep understanding of project-based sales cycles.
  • Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with HVAC/MEP systems, equipment, and technologies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
