As we scale our platform globally, we are expanding our Quality Assurance (QA) team to ensure the reliability and performance of every AI Agent we deploy.Role OverviewAs a QA Engineer at Droidal, you will be responsible for testing the company’s AI platform and automated agents end-to-end before production deployment. You’ll work closely with developers, data scientists, and the QA Manager to validate functionality, performance, and accuracy across multiple automation workflows.You’ll contribute to the design and execution of both manual and automated testing frameworks, ensuring high-quality releases and zero-defect deployments to clients.Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for the AI platform and agent workflows. - Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing for web and API modules. - Build and maintain automated test frameworks for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD). - Collaborate with developers and AI teams to identify test scenarios for new features and enhancements. - Conduct data validation and ensure AI agent accuracy across input/output datasets. - Track, log, and manage defects using issue-tracking tools (e.g., Jira). - Assist in creating test data and mocks for various AI and automation workflows. - Ensure that all AI agents meet defined quality, performance, and reliability standards before release. - Provide QA sign-off for production deployment and post-release verification.Required Skills & Experience- 4 - 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing. - Hands-on experience in automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or Playwright. - Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured) and performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner). - Familiarity with Python or Java-based test frameworks (PyTest, TestNG). - Experience in CI/CD environments (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or equivalent). - Understanding of AI/ML or RPA systems and testing AI-driven workflows (preferred). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments. - Excellent documentation and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications- Experience testing SaaS, automation, or AI platforms. - Exposure to cloud-based environments (AWS/Azure/GCP). - Working knowledge of data-driven or behavior-driven testing methodologies. - ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.
