TestZeus is pioneering the next generation of AI-powered QA tools. We are seeking an AI QA Engineer with strong expertise in Salesforce QA and a passion for prompt engineering. This role is not traditional manual or automation QA. Instead, you will focus on designing, testing, and optimizing QA prompts that drive AI agents to validate Salesforce and customer applications. You will play a key role in ensuring that TestZeus’ self-serve AI QA platform delivers accurate, reliable, and human-like test outcomes for enterprise customers. Key ResponsibilitiesPrompt Engineering for QA ToolsWrite, refine, and validateAI QA promptsfor Salesforce and customer applications. Transform functional and regression test cases intoAI-driven prompt workflows . Ensure prompts coverend-to-end Salesforce use cases(Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, and custom apps). Optimize prompts to improveaccuracy, coverage, and defect reproducibility .Salesforce QA & AI Validation Designprompt-based test scriptsfor integrations, APIs, and customizations in Salesforce. Execute AI-driven test cases, analyze outcomes, and fine-tune prompts foredge cases . Validate TestZeus AI agents againstreal-world Salesforce implementations . Collaboration & Product Impact Work closely with AI/ML engineers to align QA prompts with agent behavior. Partner with product teams toembed AI QA flowsinto the TestZeus platform. Collaborate with customer-facing teams to addresscommon QA scenariosfaced in Salesforce projects.Continuous Innovation Stay updated with Salesforce platform updates and new features. Explore and proposenew QA methodologies using AI and prompt engineering . Contribute to aprompt librarythat becomes the backbone of TestZeus’ AI QA system.Required Skills & Qualifications EducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Experience 3+ years inSalesforce QA(functional/system/regression testing). Experience withQA automation toolsand interest inAI-driven QA frameworks . Exposure toprompt engineeringor AI-based test tools (preferred). Skills Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem and testing practices. Ability todesign high-quality promptsthat simulate real tester behavior. Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication forwriting clear prompts, defects, and test documentation . Bonus SkillsSalesforce Administrator/App Builder certification. Hands-on experience withAI/ML-based testing tools .
