- Are you great at building client relationships and driving growth in fast-paced B2B environments? We're looking for a Key Account Manager who can work closely with BFSI clients and C-level decision-makers to deliver strategic digital solutions.- At Melento, you'll join a passionate team transforming how businesses handle documentation through AI-powered workflow automation.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and grow strategic client accounts within the BFSI sector.- Build strong, long-term relationships with CXOs and senior decision-makers.- Understand client business challenges and collaborate with internal product and technology teams to deliver tailored digital solutions.- Identify opportunities for renewals, upsells, and cross-sells to maximize account growth.- Ensure seamless delivery and exceptional client experience across all engagements.- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them leverage Melento's AI-driven automation to achieve business goals.- Monitor account performance, track KPIs, and prepare business review reports.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 3+ years of experience in B2B account management or client success, preferably in BFSI, SaaS, Enterprise Tech, or Fintech domains.- Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts and building executive-level relationships.- Strong understanding of digital transformation, workflow automation, and SaaS business models.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Ability to manage multiple client relationships in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.- Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively (ref:iimjobs.com)
