We are seeking a Specialist in Product Analytics to lead our efforts with the Pendo tool and create impactful content that drives product strategy.

Job Description And Responsibilities:

Pendo Tool Management:


- Lead the implementation and optimization of the Pendo tool to track user behavior and product performance.

- Ensure the tool is effectively integrated with our product suite.

Content Creation:


- Develop and produce high-quality content that communicates product insights and recommendations.

- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to share findings with stakeholders.

Data Analysis:


- Analyze data collected through Pendo and other sources to extract actionable insights.

- Use statistical techniques and data visualization to interpret trends and patterns.

Product Performance Evaluation:


- Monitor key product metrics and performance indicators.

- Conduct regular evaluations to assess product performance against goals and benchmarks.

Customer Feedback Analysis:


- Collect and analyze customer feedback to understand user needs and preferences.

- Facilitate focus groups, interviews, and surveys to gather detailed insights.

Collaboration:


- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and development, to ensure alignment of product strategies with business goals.

Reporting:


- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Education:


- Bachelor's degree in business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.

- An advanced degree is preferred.

Experience:


- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Product Analytics role.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Experience with Pendo or similar product analytics tools such as User Pilot, Amplitude.

- Familiarity with product management frameworks and agile methodologies.
