Handle theend-to-end recruitment lifecyclefor contract staffing (requirements gathering, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding). Understand client requirements (skills, duration, project needs) and provide quick turnaround with quality profiles. Source candidates usingjob portals (Naukri, Shine, Monster, Indeed, etc.), LinkedIn, referrals, and internal database . Build and maintain a strong pipeline of contract resources across multiple skill sets (IT/Non-IT). Conducttelephonic/video interviewsto evaluate candidate skills, experience, availability, and salary expectations. Negotiatecontract terms, rates, extensions, and conversions to permanent roleswhen applicable. Ensure smoothonboarding, compliance, and documentationfor contract hires. Maintain candidate records, trackers, and MIS reports for client updates. Develop strong relationships with candidates and ensure regular check-ins during deployment. Meet definedtargets on submissions, interviews, and closuresfor contract staffing.
