Our mission is to empower businesses through strategic digital initiatives and exceptional client service.We are seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. You will play a key role in shaping our digital marketing strategy and achieving our business goals.Roles & Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across SEO/SEM, social media, email, display advertising, and other digital channels.- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.- Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation.- Lead, guide, and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals to achieve departmental goals.- Manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and high quality.- Drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation through data-driven digital initiatives.Skillset / Requirements:- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.- Proven experience in developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies.- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and campaign management tools.- Proficiency in digital marketing software and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, email marketing tools, analytics tools, etc.).- Excellent analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset.- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and manage digital marketing teams.- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and industry best practices.
