The Business Head will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's operations, developing strategies to improve business performance, leading and motivating a team of professionals, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients. The role also includes conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on time.Roles & Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage the company's day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with business goals.- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance growth, profitability, and brand presence.- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital marketing and web solutions.- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and new business opportunities.- Drive business development initiatives, from prospecting to client acquisition and retention.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality project delivery.- Foster strong client relationships through effective communication, problem resolution, and performance tracking.- Monitor business performance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.- Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities to expand market reach.Required Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- Proven leadership and team management experience in a dynamic business environment.- Strong background in digital marketing, web development, and SEO practices.- Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and business development skills.- Ability to conduct in-depth market research and identify new growth opportunities.- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects successfully from initiation to delivery.- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or similar industry is highly desirable.
