We offer a range of financial products, including Gold Loans, 2-Wheeler Loans, Small Business Loans, Micro Finance, and Loans Against Property.Job Description:- The Internal Audit Officer will perform branch and financial audits to ensure compliance, accuracy, and risk control.- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of audit processes within financial services.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct financial and operational audits across branches.- Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings and corrective actions.- Evaluate internal controls, risk management, and process compliance.- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.- Communicate audit findings with relevant teams and recommend improvements.Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, or related field.- 2-4 years of experience in internal audits, preferably in financial institutions.- Knowledge of Gold Loan products and audit methodologies.- Strong analytical and communication skills.- Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra (ref:iimjobs.com)
