Job Overview:-

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Key Account Manager to join our team at ImpactGuru. As a Key Account Manager focused on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), you will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining relationships with CSR companies to secure donations for medical patients and other social causes. This position requires a proactive and strategic individual who can drive impactful partnerships, build lasting connections, and contribute to the overall success of our crowdfunding initiatives.

- Responsibilities:-

1. CSR Relationship Management:

- Identify and engage with potential CSR partners for collaboration.

- Develop and nurture strong relationships with CSR companies to secure donations for medical patients and other impactful causes.

2. Fundraising Strategy:

- Work closely with the fundraising team to understand the specific needs of medical patients and create tailored strategies to appeal to CSR partners.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations for CSR engagement.

3. Communication and Presentation:

- Effectively communicate ImpactGuru's mission and value proposition to CSR companies.

- Conduct presentations and meetings with CSR decision-makers to showcase the impact of their contributions.

4. Donor Engagement:

- Provide excellent customer service to CSR donors, ensuring their contributions are acknowledged and valued.

- Continuously engage with CSR partners, providing updates on the impact of their donations and fostering long-term commitment.

5. Performance Analysis:

- Monitor and analyze the success of CSR campaigns and partnerships.

- Implement feedback mechanisms to enhance the effectiveness of fundraising Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in corporate relationship management, preferably in the CSR sector.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strong networking and interpersonal abilities.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Passion for social impact and the ability to convey it convincingly.
