Job Scope:

The Product Manager (Frontend) will lead the strategic development, design direction, and market positioning of client-facing, AI-driven frontend products within Shakti Cloud's X-as-a-Service platform. This role demands strong expertise in frontend product management, UI/UX best practices, and direct client interaction. You will serve as the voice of the user, working at the intersection of design, engineering, and business to deliver delightful user experiences and drive customer adoption across Shakti and Yotta clients.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Product Vision & Strategy:

  • Define a compelling vision and frontend-focused strategy for AI products, aligning closely with market needs and organizational goals.
  • Drive innovation in frontend features, ensuring products deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Champion innovation and usability in all client-facing touchpoints.

2. Frontend and UI/UX Leadership:

  • Lead frontend product design, usability testing, and feature enhancements collaborating closely with UI/UX designers and engineering teams.
  • Prioritize frontend features based on extensive customer feedback, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
  • Manage user research, prototype validation, usability testing, and iterative design improvements.

3. Client-Facing Market Engagement:

  • Conduct customer interactions, including product presentations, demonstrations, and requirement gathering sessions.
  • Represent the company in external meetings, confidently conveying product benefits, addressing client queries, and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Act as a key product evangelist in pre-sales engagements and co-innovation workshops.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with internal teams (Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support) to effectively translate customer needs into product specifications.
  • Collaborate actively with third-party technology providers and service integrators to extend product functionalities.

5. Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution:

  • Develop and execute detailed GTM strategies for new frontend features, including preparing sales collateral, organizing client webinars, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Support sales teams directly in client pitches, ensuring technical product benefits are communicated clearly.
  • Translate user and market insights into clear product requirements.
  • Drive partner integrations to extend capabilities and value delivery.

6. Product Performance & Analytics:

  • Establish and monitor clear KPIs related to frontend usability, adoption, customer satisfaction, and product engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance using analytics tools.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to continuously optimize and improve the product.

7. Compliance and Governance:

  • Ensure compliance of frontend applications with all applicable regulatory frameworks including data privacy, GDPR, security standards, and accessibility guidelines.
  • Incorporate best practices in secure frontend development and data protection.

8. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis:

  • Stay informed about emerging frontend technologies, UX trends, market developments, and competitive offerings.
  • Utilize insights from continuous market research to maintain competitive advantages.
  • Benchmark competing platforms and features to identify opportunities and threats.

9. Training & Enablement:

  • Develop training modules and materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Continuously upskill Sales, Support, and Customer Success teams on product capabilities.
  • Drive adoption by creating self-service resources such as how-to guides and onboarding toolkits.

Skills and Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

  • Proven expertise in frontend product management including UI/UX design and usability.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver products within AI-driven or PaaS environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of clearly articulating complex technical products to diverse audiences.
  • Direct experience in client-facing roles, adept at conducting impactful product presentations.
  • Strong analytical skills, leveraging data insights for product decisions.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from inception to market delivery.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and their integration into frontend applications.
  • Experience working with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management tools.
  • Experience developing detailed GTM strategies and executing sales enablement activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft and execute GTM and enablement plans

  • Documented success stories or case studies illustrating direct contribution to product adoption, client satisfaction, or market success through external-facing activities.
