Role Overview:

As part of the venues team, you will support our Dubai-based category manager in handling venue-related event inquiries. You'll assist event planners by shortlisting suitable venues, coordinating with suppliers remotely, and managing CRM updates to ensure accurate data flow.

This role is key in driving smooth venue sourcing and recommendations for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shortlist event venues as per client requirements and share options with planners.
  • Coordinate with venue partners remotely to collect availability, pricing, and package details.
  • Maintain venue database (capacity, layouts, minimum spend, F&B inclusions, etc.).
  • Assist planners in preparing venue decks and proposals for clients.
  • Track inquiries, responses, and booking confirmations in CRM.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or Event Management (1–4 years of experience).
  • Strong research and coordination skills; fluency in English & Hindi (Arabic a plus).
  • Good understanding of events and venues; prior hospitality/event experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Excel/Sheets for data management.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver under tight timelines.
