Your expertise in Databricks and Azure technologies will be instrumental in driving data initiatives and ensuring seamless integration across projects. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's objectives by delivering data-driven insights and fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams.DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead the data solutions stream within the program, ensuring timely and quality delivery of data components.- Oversee the development and execution of data solutions, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.- Collaborate with other teams to ensure end-to-end data solution integration.- Create and maintain essential project documentation, including solution design, interface contracts, data model design, and technical documents.- Provide guidance and technical advice to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.- Manage stakeholder expectations and act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and external partners.- Collaborate with subject matter experts to refine requirements, identify risks, and address technical challenges.SKILL REQUIREMENTS- Subject Matter Expert (SME) level experience in Cloud Engineering, specifically with Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Data Lake, Delta Lake, and UnityCatalog.- Proficiency in Python, Spark, and PySpark programming.- In-depth knowledge of data architecture, ETL processes, data integration, business intelligence tools and Azure DevOps- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving data initiatives in large-scale projects.- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.OTHER REQUIREMENTS (OPTIONAL)- Databricks Certified Data Engineer certification.- - Microsoft Certified Azure Data Engineer certification.
