We invite you to come and be part of our transformation as we transition our current offering into a world class platform that we will be architecting and building together.In Trace One we embrace agile principles and values with autonomous empowered teams, rapid release cycles and a continuous improvement mindset.Welcome and be part of a vibrant, competent, and dynamic multicultural team and begin an exciting career journey with the Trace One team.Hierarchy and interactions- Reports to the Program Manager - Typically interacts with other teams including: Cloud Operations, Support, Product ManagementDegree of independenceIndividual contributorLocation: Chennai, IndiaMissions- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups - Coach and mentor team members in Agile frameworks and the use thereof - Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration - Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders) - Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests - Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur, supporting the teams in achieving sprint goals - Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, helping teams implement changes effectively - Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity - Encourage self-management and cross-functional collaboration within teams. - Help build a productive environment where team members own the product and enjoy working on it - Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholdersRequirements and Skills- Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions. - Familiarity with software development - Excellent communication and servant leadership skills - Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability - Outstanding organizational skills - Strong communication and presentation skills.Technical skills & qualifications- Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field - Scrum master certification is a plus (CSM, PSM or similar) - Azure DevOps - Confluence - ExcelExperience- 3+ years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role
