2. Understand the client requirements and provide customized solutions proactively & make them successful.
3. Serve as a key point of contact for clients & manage day-to-day communications.
4. Closely involved in preparing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies & online media plans.
5. Work closely with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of digital marketing campaigns.
6. Ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
7. Monitor campaign performance and provide regular insights and reports to clients.
8. Manage digital paid campaigns on different platforms like Google, Meta, Linkedin, Snapchat, etc and track performance very closely in order to deliver exceptional results.
9. Handle digital campaigns on Marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, etc for d2c brands.
10. Analyze performance of digital campaigns at different levels using appropriate key performance indicators (KPI) classifications: CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions, ROAS, CAC, LTV, etc.
11. Use data and analytics to provide actionable insights and demonstrate ROI. Work with the data & analytics team and assist them in creation & upgradation of reports & dashboard, products analytics & insights, etc.
12. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
13. Closely involved in training new people & upgrading their skills across different functions of digital advertising domain & company processes.
14. Participate in internal meetings to share client feedback and insights.
Qualifications/ Requirements:
1. 2-4 years of experience in the digital advertising industry with proven track record in performance marketing & branding, handling large scale spends & leading growth initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Media Communications, Business Administration, Journalism, English or related Fields from Tier 1/Tier 2 colleges.
2. Experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, branding & advertising.
3. In-depth knowledge & hands-on experience of running Google Ads, Meta Ads & other paid channels.
4. Good knowledge of analytics platforms like GA4, Appsflyer, Meta analytics, etc is a plus.
- Managed good scale digital media spends in performance marketing & branding for any brand or portfolio of brands.
5. Candidates should be comfortable with advanced data and measurement tools.
6. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools, and dashboards to derive actionable insights.
7. Proven written and verbal communication, with a knack to communicate complex ideas in easy to understand simple language.
8. Strong analytical and Excel skills are essential, ability to leverage data and analytics to improve performance for digital campaigns is required.
9. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
10. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
