You’ll begin with manual testing of new and existing features, then gradually transition into automation testing as we expand our test coverage and capabilities.Key Responsibilities:- Perform manual functional, regression, and exploratory testing for mobile apps (iOS & Android), web apps, and backend APIs. - Test new ML-driven features for accuracy, performance, and user experience. - Create, maintain, and execute test cases, test plans, and bug reports. - Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and designers to ensure smooth feature rollouts. - Reproduce and investigate reported issues, working with the dev team for resolutions. - Maintain test documentation and track quality metrics. - Gradually contribute to automation testing frameworks for web, mobile, and APIs.Requirements:- 1-2 years of QA experience (manual testing across mobile, web, and backend). - Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, and bug lifecycle. - Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Postman, or similar. - Ability to write clear, detailed, and reproducible bug reports. - Familiarity with REST APIs and basic database queries is a plus. - Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress) is an advantage but not mandatory. - Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in identifying edge cases. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - AWS Knowledge: Experience with AWS services is a plus.Nice To Have:- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and QA’s role in them. - Basic knowledge of scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, or similar).
