Set performance goals, ensure quality assurance, and drive a high-performance, collaborative culture. Shape AI Through STEM: Translate deep subject matter expertise into actionable insights for AI fine-tuning. Design robust evaluation datasets that help benchmark AI performance in STEM education. Collaborate closely with AI/ML engineers, researchers, and product teams to make AI smarter, clearer, and more accurate. Set the Standard: Ensure every piece of content meets the highest academic and pedagogical benchmarks. Create and maintain quality rubrics, style guides, and training frameworks for your team.What You Bring Education:Ph.D. preferred (or M.Sc./M.Tech from a premier institute such as IIT, NIT, IISc). Expertise:Deep knowledge in one or more STEM domains — Math, Physics, Chemistry, or Biology — with mastery across undergraduate and competitive exam levels (JEE Mains/Advanced). Experience:7–10 years in teaching, research, or academic content development, plus 2+ years of team leadership experience.
