Role Description


This is a full-time remote role for an AI/ML Engineer with 6-8 years of experience. The AI/ML Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning models, data analysis, AI algorithms, large language model (LLM) operations, natural language processing (NLP) and deep learning techniques. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deploy AI solutions, optimizing algorithms, and ensuring data quality and integrity.


Qualifications


  • Proficiency in Machine Learning, AI algorithms, and Deep Learning techniques
  • Experience in developing and implementing machine learning models
  • Strong experience in LLM deployment and fine-tuning for various domains.
  • In-depth knowledge of NLP techniques, including tokenization, embeddings, and transformers.
  • Develop and implement NLP pipelines to solve complex language problems.
  • Data analysis and optimization skills
  • Knowledge of data processing frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch
  • Experience with cloud-based AI services like AWS SageMaker or Azure ML
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Research and implement cutting-edge ML algorithms to enhance AI capabilities.
  • Strong programming skills in languages like Python, R, or Java
  • Collaborate across teams to drive innovative AI use cases from concept to delivery.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Hugging Face, PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.
  • Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related fields from premier institutions like IITs, NITs, Bits Pilani, IISc, IIITs, Delhi university etc.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
