Role Description

We are looking for a tech-savvy AI & Business Automation Specialist with strong expertise in AI, business automation tools, data analysis, and CRM reporting. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced AI tools, optimize business processes, and provide actionable insights to enhance organizational efficiency and decision-making.


Key Responsibilities:

*AI Implementation & Integration

  • Develop and deploy AI models and tools for process optimization and predictive analytics.
  • Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

* Business Automation

  • Evaluate and deploy business automation tools to streamline workflows and reduce manual intervention.
  • Automate repetitive tasks across departments to enhance productivity and accuracy.

*Data Management & Analysis

  • Manage and optimize databases for efficient data storage, retrieval, and reporting.
  • Perform data cleansing, validation, and visualization to provide actionable insights.

*CRM & BI Reporting

  • Create and maintain detailed CRM reports to track sales, customer interactions, and performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards using Business Intelligence (BI) tools for real-time monitoring and decision-making.

*Collaboration & Training

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data and automation needs.
  • Train team members on using AI and business automation tools effectively.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Certification in AI, BI, or CRM tools will be an added advantage.
