- Butterfly, a Crompton Subsidiary are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager be part of recruitment team.

- This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process, and ensuring we attract and hire top talent to meet our company's needs.

- Additionally, this role will leverage HR technology to optimize recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience.

Location: Navallur, Chennai.

Reports to: Head HR.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract, hire, and retain high-caliber talent.

- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with business goals.

Utilise various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies, to build a diverse talent pipeline.

- Manage and mentor the talent acquisition team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

- Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

- Foster strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.

- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and incorporate them into the recruitment strategy.

- Partner with HR and other departments to support workforce planning and talent management initiative.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

- Proven experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5+ years.

- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
