Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital and social media strategies across platforms. This role will be pivotal in enhancing brand visibility, generating leads, and engaging our enterprise audience while aligning with our mission of clean, sustainable urban transport.

Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies that align with business goals.

- Lead social media marketing efforts across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.

- Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and audience engagement through paid and organic campaigns.

- Manage content creation in collaboration with creative and agency partners.

- Optimize campaigns using data analytics and performance metrics (SEO, SEM, CTR, conversion rate).

- Manage marketing automation, email campaigns, and CRM integration.

- Work closely with the sales and product teams to align messaging and support GTM initiatives.

- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to refine positioning.

- Manage marketing budget for digital and paid media campaigns.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field. MBA preferred.

- 6-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in mobility, logistics, or tech services.

- Proven track record in digital marketing, performance marketing, and social media campaigns.

- Strong understanding of tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot or similar.

- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.

- Creative mindset with the ability to convert ideas into actionable campaigns.
