Core activities include processing of Vendor invoices, Employee claims, Intercompany Invoicing and Procurements.TPM Team Scope: To be the 1st Line of defense (LOD), for multiple entities Third Party Management team. This (TPM) team is responsible for managing the risks related to procurement and outsourcing information and measuring and managing operational risks that impact on all TPM functions, covering TPRM, Procurement and Governance, Transformation, and data management.Job Title: Associate/ Assistant ManagerDepartment: CIB Indus ISPL COE - Third Party Management (TPM) teamLocation: Mumbai Business Line / Function: CIBPosition PurposeResponsible for managing the risks related to procurement and outsourcing information and measuring and managing operational risks that impact all APAC TPM functions, covering APAC TPRM, Procurement and Governance, Transformation, and data management.ResponsibilitiesDirect ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process to ensure accurate controls with associated risks are defined and implemented.Identification of L1 controls the requirement of each Generic Control Plan (GCP). Perform L1 controls on APAC TPM team.Assist in organization and management of procedures, ensure that regional and local procedures and logged and annually checkedDefine and execute the control testing, present the controls result to Senior Management and ensure the implementation of remediation actionsManage the potential and historical incidents – collect, report in Group database, analyze, follow-up and perform controls on incident collection process.Follow up of recommendations closure including IG and external auditor recommendations involving APAC TPM team.Support the data and reporting need of APAC TPM functionsContributing ResponsibilitiesContribute to the implementation of operational permanent control policies and procedures in day-to-day business activities, such as Control PlanDirect contribution to BNPP operational permanent control frameworkComply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelinesContribute to the investigation/coordination on other control issues.Handle ad hoc queries as requested by ManagementService level agreement (SLA) setup and renewal for procurement servicesTechnical & Behavioral CompetenciesControl oriented background with experience in control testingExperience in risk assessment and the design of control plans to mitigate the identified riskDriving investigation and leading small enhancement projectsGood presentation skillsGood organization skillsAble to work under pressure and with minimal supervisionExcellent communication skills and ability to foster good working relationships including outside of TPM.Excellent skills in Excel/ Word/ PowerPointKnowledge of Power BI or another similar tool is a plus.Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experienceExperience Level: 2 years’ experience in the banking industry ideally in control/risk management functions
