Job Overview


The senior Endowment & CSR Professional will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic fundraising initiatives to support Ganpat University’s mission and goals. This senior role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in fundraising, donor relations, and resource development. The ideal candidate will be adept at building relationships with individuals, corporations, foundations, and other stakeholders to secure significant financial contributions and partnerships.


Key Responsibilities


Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies that align with the university’s strategic goals and objectives.


Donor Relations: Cultivate and manage relationships with existing and prospective donors, ensuring effective communication and stewardship.


Major Gifts: Identify, solicit, and secure major gifts from individuals, corporations, and foundations.


Campaign Leadership: Lead capital campaigns, annual giving programs, and special fundraising initiatives.


Grant Writing: Research, prepare, and submit grant proposals to corporate bodies and government agencies.


Events: Plan and oversee fundraising events, including donor recognition events, galas, and community outreach activities.


Collaboration: Work closely with university leadership, faculty, staff, and volunteers to enhance fundraising efforts and achieve financial targets.


Reporting: Provide regular reports on fundraising activities, progress, and outcomes to the Director General.


Budget Management: Develop and manage the fundraising budget, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.


Qualifications: -


Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.


Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in fundraising.


Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in fundraising software and donor management systems.
