Responsibilities


  • Monitor inventory levels and order new items;
  • Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction;
  • Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations;
  • Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records;
  • Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays
  • Co-ordination with team members, field people and sales team with cohesiveness
  • Work with other colleagues diligently
  • Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees

  • preparing rates and discussing it with courier service providers.

  • Strictly adherence to SOPs of the companies



Requirements


  • Providing services to all customers as per the SOPs
  • Decision making and analytical skills
  • Bachelors/Masters degree required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Powerful leading skills and business orientation;
