Net Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead design, development, and delivery of modular, high-performance .NET Core / .NET 6+ services following clean architecture principles.

- Develop robust and reusable C# code with strong emphasis on async programming, LINQ, error handling, and memory management.

- Build and maintain secure, versioned REST APIs using ASP.NET Core / Web API with authentication/authorization via JWT/OAuth2. Utilize Swagger/OpenAPI for API documentation and testing.

- Design and optimize SQL Server databases; experience with PostgreSQL is a plus.

- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for automated builds and deployments.

- Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) for effective sprint planning, task ownership, and peer code reviews.

- Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS using core services.

- Architect or support microservices with a focus on logging, error handling, and reliability in distributed systems.

- Collaborate with frontend teams by debugging and understanding React, JavaScript, or TypeScript integration points.

- Mentor junior developers and promote coding standards and best practices across the team.

Must-Have Skills :

- Extensive experience with .NET Core / .NET 6+ and building scalable backend services.

- Expert proficiency in C#, including LINQ, async/await, and robust error handling.

- Strong hands-on experience with REST APIs (ASP.NET Core / Web API), security protocols (JWT/OAuth2), and API documentation tools like Swagger/OpenAPI.

- Deep understanding of SQL Server database design and optimization; PostgreSQL is a bonus.

- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

- Solid Agile experience, capable of estimations, task ownership, and conducting peer code reviews.

- Familiarity with Cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and deployment of .NET applications.

- Experience with Microservices architecture, focusing on distributed system reliability and error handling.

- Basic understanding of frontend technologies (React, JavaScript, TypeScript) for troubleshooting integration issues.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.

- Exposure to legacy frameworks like ASP.NET MVC or WCF.

- Certifications in Azure or AWS cloud services.
