As a BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for creating and managing detailed Building Information Models. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing BIM content, preparing construction drawings, coordinating with project teams, and working on architectural, structural, and MEP modeling processes to ensure project accuracy and quality.Qualifications Expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and proficiency in software relevant to BIM processes Understanding of Architecture and Construction Drawings Experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) modeling Strong organizational, analytical, and teamwork skills Capability to deliver high-quality outputs following project timelines and specifications Knowledge of industry standards and best practices within the AEC industry Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field Prior experience in BIM modeling within the AEC industry is highly advantageous
