Backed by leading investors, Lorien is building a suite of intelligent, AI-driven lending and guidance products for a fast-growing, underserved global populationRole OverviewWhat We’re Looking For- 10+ years in product, growth, or GM roles — ideally with fintech, SaaS, or lending platforms. - Proven experience in 0→1 execution — you've built and scaled products from scratch or led new market launches. - Founder's mindset — you've been a founder or early-stage leader with the ability to wear multiple hats. - Deep collaboration skills — able to align and energize cross-functional teams around business outcomes. - Technical fluency — understand modern product stacks, API integrations, data flows, and can work closely with engineers. - Bonus: Experience with AI/ML product flows or personalization engines. - Strong analytics mindset — you obsess over metrics, growth loops, and conversion funnels. - Preferably based in Mumbai or willing to relocate.What You’ll Own- Product Leadership: Define and drive the road map for Lorien’s fintech lending platform, including both international student loans and U.S. personal lending verticals. - Growth Strategy: Lead acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts, integrating GTM plans with product development. - Cross-functional Execution: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, capital markets, and operations teams to ship fast and learn faster. - P&L Ownership: Own business metrics for product performance, customer LTV, acquisition efficiency, and net margins. - Customer centric innovation: Shape products around the needs of immigrants and underserved customers, using data + empathy. - Scale Infrastructure: Build scalable systems and playbooks for growth, onboarding, payments, compliance, and support.Why Lorien?- Shape the future of financial access for global talent and underserved credit segments. - Operate at the intersection of fintech, AI, and global mobility. - Join a mission-driven team at the edge of international education, financial services, and technology. - Backed by top-tier investors, with strong traction and growth ahead. - Competitive compensation, equity, and autonomy to lead a category-defining product.
