Role Overview:

We are looking for a Tele Counsellor who can handle inbound and outbound calls, provide accurate information about our programs, and guide prospective students or customers based on their needs. The role involves following up on leads, maintaining call logs, achieving inquiry or conversion targets, and addressing queries professionally. Strong communication, active listening, basic computer skills, and the ability to multitask and work under pressure are essential, along with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible end to end tele-counselling process for database and leads generated.
• Handle end-to-end Process, Cold Calling, Counselling, document guidance, document collection.
• Ability to counsel students by understanding their needs and expectations.
• Ability to guide students about the complete admission process.
• Ability to call more than 100 leads in a day and identify eligible leads.
• Achieve the target set for lead generation
• Following up with new enquiries and student applications.
• Regular CRM update and the status updates
• Handle inbound and outbound campaign activities
• Ability to handle other tasks assigned by the management as needed.

Requirement:

• Skills: proficiency in English language
• Education Qualification: Any Graduate
• Work Experience: 0-1 years in sales
