ROLE PROFILE

The Opportunity

  • Partner with Programme Manager and PMO team to ensure cost is accurately forecast in preparation for SOP
  • SAP Phase 2 S4 implementation for Direct sourcing, Manufacturing and product costing (working closely with Process Excellence team and supporting UAT, cross-over and go live. Kick off August 24)
  • Support implementation of Material Ledger functionality
  • Manage migration data and cutover activities for all manufacturing activities in relation to S4 implementation (Phase 2)
  • Support implementation of EVM within Manufacturing (creating baseline schedule, cost and monitoring)
  • Budget, monitoring, controlling and allocation of cost to respective spend categories, reporting this to the project team and business stakeholders
  • Define productive cost centers, compute rate for absorption of overheads to end product
  • Maturing business planning assumptions for utility costs, maintenance cost and headcount
  • Carry out Product costing, inventory valuation, variance analysis
  • Gathering insight from operational stakeholders to give narrative to reporting
  • Collaborate with Financial Control team to support period end activities and audit


PERSON PROFILE

Knowledge, Skills and Experience


Qualifications:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)/ Cost Accountant/ CMA/ MBA Finance from reputed Institute.
  • Should have about 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Hands on experience in Excel and Data Management
  • Previous experience in Financial accounts within the manufacturing industry
  • Energetic and enthusiastic individual with a flexible approach.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving financial goals.


Leadership skills

  • Define the scope of the leadership/management responsibilities and any previous experience required
  • Independently handled environment hearing, resolving queries from pollution control board, developed environment concerned work force.
